It consists of three layers of roti stuck to each other with the help of a mixture of ghee and cornflour. Ingredients for Dough -
250 gram All purpose Flour (Maida)
4 tblsps Fine Semolina (Fine Rava)
1 tsp Coarsely crushed Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Coarsely crushed Black pepper (Kali Mirch)
1 1/2 tsps Salt (Or as per taste)
2 tblsps Hot Ghee
1 cup water (For kneeding dough) (Medium soft dough)
1/2 tblsps Ghee

Ingredients for paste -
2 1/2 tblsps melted Ghee
2 tblsps Cornflour (or rice flour)

Oil for deep frying
